Our team is led by Dave Baker, who oversees the day-to-day fitting schedule. With over 25 years in the flooring industry, Dave ensures every installation meets the highest standards. In the office, Andrew Matthews works alongside Dave Bradley, an experienced ex-fitter, to coordinate projects and keep everything running smoothly. Together, they bring a combined experience of over 70 years, ensuring every client receives expert advice, clear communication, and a seamless service from start to finish.

Unlike some companies, we employ all our own fitters and we never rely on unknown subcontractors. This means you can trust that every member of our team shares our values and our standards. We’re also passionate about the future of our trade, which is why we’re proud to have three apprentices currently in training.
